Job Description

Job Summary:
The Business Development Center (BDC) Agent at Schlossmann Honda City will play a crucial role in our dealership's success by assisting with the development of new business and strengthening relationships with our current customers. This individual will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team, as well as providing excellent customer service and support through various communication channels. The BDC Agent will work full-time, on an hourly basis, and will report directly to the BDC Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media, to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our vehicles and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to promote repeat business and referrals
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads and customer interactions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and document organization, to support the BDC and sales team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
