Overview:

The Corporate Accounting position is responsible for understanding the full scope of the accounting system and as well as having experienced knowledge of accounting principles. This position will focus on specific accounting aspects related to the Ecommerce portion of the business; including reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparation of financial statements and monthly budget reporting.

The Essentials:

• Responsibilities include a full financial spectrum including profit and loss statements, general ledger accounts and general bookkeeping
• Data enter invoices for ecommerce expenses
• Processing payments to external vendors and intercompany payments
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Complete and prepare monthly budget for leadership
• Sales & Use tax reporting and intercompany billing
• Experienced knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to analyze figures
• Proficient in excel with a strong ability to research, collect, and export data
• Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Be professional in appearance and attitude; contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration while taking pride in being part of a winning team
• Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
• Perform work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work assigned schedule which is typically Monday through Friday day time hours, but may include some evening or weekend hours as needed
• Task orientated and can prioritize job duties in order of importance
• Assist with all other duties assigned

Expert Experience:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in an accounting related field and/or equivalent work experience.

Activity:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation

Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Schedule:

Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 8a.m. and 5p.m. Monday through Friday
