Body Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Responsibilities:
Schaller Auto Body is looking for an individual that will greet customers and act as a liaison between the customer and the Body Shop Estimators.
The CSR will be responsible for basic accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable. As well as perform a wide range of administrative and office support functions.
Outstanding Telephone and Data Entry skills required. Schedule repair estimates and appointments and work with estimators to follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, in order to provide first-rate customer service.
Complete Purchase Orders for Body Repair work sublets
Create files and other clerical office duties, such as organizing documents.
Must be willing to learn other body shop duties including vehicle estimates.
Assist Body Shop Manager with various clerical duties.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Work hours Monday through Friday, half day Saturday every other week.
