The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing professional-level Human Resources assistance, services, and guidance to designated departments/programs within SCF on a wide scope of Human Resources issues: recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, benefits, training, labor relations or other areas as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; OR equivalent training and Human Resources experience or demonstrated proficiency as a Human Resources Generalist II at SCF.
- Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Must obtain PHR certification within one (1) year of date of hire.
Employee Health Requirements:
Compliance with our Employee Health procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, and T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis) and COVID-19.
