We are growing!

Scents of Serenity is seeking a full-time and part-time Guest Services Coordinator for our Richmond and Short Pump locations. We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about providing 5-star customer service to our guests. The perfect candidate will share our belief in the healing and transformative power of organic spa services and products and be a highly-motivated individual who is extremely compassionate.

As a Spa Coordinator at Scents of Serenity Organic Spa, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Reserving appointments and making confirmation calls
  • Daily cleaning and laundry
  • Bath and sauna set up and clean up
  • Checking clients in and out
  • Cash handling, counting cash drawer and closing register
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Recommending spa products and services
  • Selling spa memberships
  • Record keeping, including client intake forms

Desired Qualification

  • Must be willing to work evenings and at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • 1 year experienced in spa, hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Professional image
