Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our team. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Repairing or replacing broken or faulty equipment
- Installing fixtures and appliances
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and strength
