Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man/Laborer to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Duties:
- Supervise and perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other electronic systems
- Interpret and follow schematics and blueprints to complete maintenance tasks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and other maintenance person skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
