We are looking for a PeopleSoft Engineer - AMP to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced government contractor environment. The position location is in Crystal City, VA.

OVERVIEW
Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO Systems Engineering and Architecture activities and processes to include the architecture, engineering analysis, design, and engineering plans and processes to achieve the IPPS-A Military Pay program objectives and meet the associated Defense Acquisition Program requirements.
• Identify, assess, and track program metrics for quality assurance of engineering and architecture performance.

• Active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft modules, data structures, and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Relevant PeopleSoft certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
