Salary: $67,808 (License-eligible with ASW, IMF or Associate LPCC) Annual Salary
$80,000 (Licensed LCSW, MFT or LPCC) Annual Salary
Schedule: General operating hours are Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Scheduled hours may vary to meet the various needs of the program.

The Achievement Center in Downtown San Diego is a safe and youth-friendly day community center. The Achievement Center allows youth (ages 12-18) and their families to receive treatment and services in the community, including case management, restorative practices, and evidence-based programming. The goal is to support youth in achieving their probation goals, avoiding detention, and making positive choices. The youth are currently on probation supervision or at risk of entering the justice system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Youth Prevention & Intervention (YPI) Clinician will provide trauma-informed mental health services to youth in our YPI department receiving various services within the agency. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the YPI Clinician is responsible for providing individual and group therapeutic services to youth and their families. Services will be in keeping with agency goals, objectives, mission, and style and provided within a team framework, including but not limited to:
