Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our team and assist in various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and construction, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow within the firm.

Duties:

- Collaborate with senior architects and designers on project development
- Assist in creating architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements
- Utilize CAD software for drafting and design tasks
- Contribute to interior design concepts and space planning
- Support in negotiating contracts with clients and vendors
- Engage in construction management activities on-site
- Utilize tools like SketchUp and Grasshopper for modeling and visualization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software for architectural drafting
- Knowledge of SketchUp, or similar design tools
- Ability to sketch and draft architectural plans
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Previous experience in architecture or construction is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
