Outside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Outside Sales Representative conducts sales both out in the field via face to face interactions as well as in the office via outbound / inbound phone calls with both new and existing customers. They are responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hand on explanations of any new or updated services when necessary.

OBJECTIVES

  • Plan and organize work to maximize crew productivity by deploying delay-free production practices
  • Prepare google calendar schedules to maximize crew / job utilization, ensuring availability, and operational effectiveness
  • Understand full Scope of Work (SOW) and specifications of the project assigned: Estimate, Labor-hour budget, and production rates; communicating plan details to technical director and project management team
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers, subcontractors and worksite team members
  • Submit daily “Wins”, report tasks, activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and materials to be onsite in alignment with established google calendar
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • COI, W9, subcontractor agreement execution and management
  • Job completion email follow up execution
  • Communicate with customer, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on sales lead
  • Promptly answer customers questions to push proposals to closed contracts
  • Remain up to date with knowledge of product and service offerings
  • Attendance of trade shows and sales events if needed
  • Manage pipeline of qualified customers and leads using the company Job Progress system and Scale CRM
  • Meet daily KPI’s and monthly sales targets
  • Communicate recommended products and services needed
  • Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
  • Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations with the highest level of integrity
  • Complete CardoneU Training daily and attend weekly sales meetings in office
  • Maintain contact with customers throughout the sales process to ensure the delivery of information and any additional authorizations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; with equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in Google (sheets, docs, drive, gmail)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Position may require travel to and from field sites to complete site visits prior to job execution
