Marketing Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a remarkable executor/implementer with an audience-first

mindset for this role. In this collaborative position you will be a key player in the

posting and organization of content for digital and traditional platforms for brand and

key stakeholder accounts. The ideal candidate will be an expert on project

management, content, and social media analytics. Candidates should understand the

nuances, advantages and shortcomings of each platform and know how to utilize data

in formulating a campaign execution

You’ll be responsible for building community through all of our platforms. This role will

also be responsible for project management and content creation of our advertising

campaigns and keeping our content drive organized for use across business

departments.

OBJECTIVES

• Responsible for driving performance in these three areas:
• Social media management
• Community management
• Campaign project management
• Own, develop, and manage company’s social media strategy, implement engaging, professional content calendar for all social media platforms and encourage greater social media participation
• Commenting, responding, and DMing clients through our owned social pages
• Keep tight schedule of advertising campaigns
• Actively interact with team members, in the office and out on job sites, to build engaging creative digital content for social media channels.
• Drive traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
• Write compelling articles, blogs, case studies, and promotional copy for the website about our products and services.
• Collorobate alongside graphic designers, video content creators, paid media

specialists, copywriters, marketing vendors, etc.

• Assist moderation of live calls/webinars through zoom
• Research and Execution of networking events for the company (trade shows, golf tournaments, happy hours, etc)
• Creation and Execution of all marketing inventory such as, folders, slip sheets, giveaways, company apparel etc
• Assist with all of the above in all three companies (Savy & Sons, Aligned Elevator, JWI)

COMPETENCIES

● Understands the communication style nuances of each social platform

● Detail oriented with ability to review various types of content

● Familiarity and working knowledge with video and design tools and programs such as Canva

● Solid understanding of best practices for video content, photography, graphic

design, and copy

● Ability to adhere to brand guide

● Detail oriented to keep an organized drive for brand files

● Tightly Manages campaign timelines

● Data-driven and highly analytical.

● Time management skills.

● Excellent interpersonal skills.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field desired.
• Experience with online community building and social media analytics
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with online community building and social media analytics

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This position will require travel to job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
