Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
