Responsibilities include:

· Preparation and producing submittal package and O&Ms

· Assist in the preparation in producing project schedule

· Prepare closeout documents, such as maintenance manual, operating instructions, As-built drawings, etc

· Identify, track, and procure all material to ensure on time arrival

· Work with PM to identify and resolve any set back or project implication and communicate with all appropriate parties

· Coordination drawings

· Change Order development and pricing

· Actively manages the progress, accuracy and execution of BEC work within the contract scope, dollar amount, and agreed schedule

· Documents all deviation in schedule and change in scope. Present accurate and timely cost impact pricing to GC for all such change

· Download and print drawing and specification’s as directed

· Breakout specification and send to vendors for pricing

· Pull permits

· Daily purchase orders from field

· Prepare bid packages to vendors

· Prepare drawings for project managers, estimators and field personal

· Assist in preparing job start up binders

· Start preparing estimate: counts for fixture, fire alarm, switch gear, etc

· Assist in estimating

· Prepare miscellaneous job reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1 - 5 years' of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills
