- You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way
- You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives
- You're meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then
- You understand the business impact of operational improvements
- You're ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company
- BA/ BS (MS or MBA preferred)
- 5 years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, or equivalent
- Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations
- Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
- Experience that's a plus:
- Lean/ Six Sigma
- Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
- PMP
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
- Partner with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
- Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
- Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
- Understand technical project scope and details to manage deliverables, and escalate when needed
- Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
