What skills do I need?
BA/ BS (MS or MBA preferred)
5 years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, or equivalent
Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations
Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources
Experience that's a plus:
Lean/ Six Sigma
Agile and/ or scrum methodologies
PMP
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
Partner with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirements
Lead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project work
Provide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformations
Understand technical project scope and details to manage deliverables, and escalate when needed
Contribute to internal process development and continuous improvement
