We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and building relationships with potential clients. The Sales Manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the sales process. The ideal candidate will also be able to identify new business opportunities and create innovative solutions to any problems that arise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop relationships with key customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
