Operation Manager/Sales Manager Needed

The ideal candidate must have at least 2-3 years' experience in commercial cleaning (janitorial) sales and operations, within the past 5 years. Will not train. Ideal candidate will live in and or around the Raleigh Area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

Operation Manager/Sales Manager Needed to manage cleaners and customers on daily basis, Do inspections, Managing cleaner payroll, and able to resolve customer complaints and cleaners issues in a timely manner. Also perform all business development activities necessary to increase Company footprint in a designated territory. The primary purpose of this role will be to increase the volume of opportunities that result in closing sales and increasing business revenue.

Essential Functions:

Sales Operations:

• Ability to create and/or modify sales approach to achieve results.
• Identify and execute cross sell opportunities.
• Increase sales and bring in more customer accounts weekly and at least show 5 positive leads in a week and report results every Monday.
• The commission is 100% on closing accounts with every new customer.

Operation Manager:

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and cleaners daily.
• Play key role in increasing overall customer satisfaction in different designated areas.
• Contact customers and cleaners daily and report any issues or concern in a timely manner.
• Play integral role in fulfilling Company strategic growth measures.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of janitorial/Operations/sales experience.
• Experience in managing cleaners and customers is a must.
• Associates Degree or higher (preferred)

Comp. Package Details:

Base Salary - $40k Unlimited Commission
