Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter Near Boston, MA

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy is looking to hire an experienced internal recruiter to manage the company’s end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, advertising job openings, and monitoring the application status. Joint Ventures is a fast-growing organization with 11 clinics in Boston and the surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

  • Working with managers and team leaders to understand and determine hiring needs.
  • Developing and reviewing recruitment policies ensuring a smooth and compliant interview process.
  • Researching salary trends to work with ownership to determine employee wages and establish qualification criteria.
  • Creating job descriptions and advertising job openings on recruitment channels.
  • Developing unique and “outside of the box” techniques to source top-tier candidates in the region and outside.
  • Pre-screening of all applicants.
  • Ensuring effective communication between recruits and department heads by scheduling interviews and sending timely feedback.
  • Tracking of retention rates.
  • Ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting clinicians - physical and occupational therapists would be a strong match.
  • Assisting the organization to increase clinical staff by 50% over the next year.

Pay

  • Base salary as above, but negotiable with the possibility of bonuses for each hire.
