The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage a 360° recruiting desk and contribute to scaling the recruiting function to meet the needs of a clinical stage organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from job development and kick off through offer and onboarding while prioritizing candidate experience and white glove service.
• Continue to evolve effective, creative, scalable recruiting strategies and processes to support Entrada’s projected growth. 
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership on active openings, providing expertise and insights into the current local Biotech talent market. Develop talent mapping strategies to inform hiring timelines and decisions.
• Manage key stakeholders and recruiting partners to drive effective recruiting efforts that ensure all recruitment channels are returning high quality talent.
• Manage and develop effective partnerships and channels with universities and relevant groups to attract untapped talent.
• Optimize the current Applicant Tracking System and Linkedin Recruiter to suit the needs of the organization.
• Support the use of data and analytics to drive strategic decision making within the function.
• Partner with hiring managers on developing job descriptions, recruitment strategy, sourcing, and assessment of candidates.
• Bring thought leadership, insights, and perspective to fostering inclusion and increasing the diversity of our candidate slates.
• Champion and model good interview practices, screening for values driven behavior and maintaining a fair and compliant recruitment process.

To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with 5 years of experience executing on full life cycle recruiting in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry. In-house experience is a plus.
• Expertise with Linkedin Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred.
