SavATree is Hiring a B2B Marketing Manager Near Bedford, NY

Job Summary

The B2B Marketing Manager champions the needs of our commercial sales team by leading best practices workshops, assists them in planning strategy in their territories and verticals, provides marketing onboarding and sales plan coaching to new recruits. The VMM writes vertical specific content for all marketing channels, and arranges webinars, lunch and learns and occasional cocktail parties for customers and prospects. This position is responsible for negotiating sponsorship agreements, establishing the company's robust event strategy (in-person or virtual) with a goal of reaching customers and prospects at conferences and networking events and reinforcing our role as thought leaders by securing speaking engagements for our subject matter experts.

This B2B Marketing Manager is part of a national marketing team with a focus on commercial marketing and building relationships within our customer verticals: commercial property managers, homeowner associations, real estate and property management companies, landscape contractors, landscape architects and real estate developers.

What a day is like:

The B2B Marketing Manager champions the needs of our commercial sales team by leading best practices workshops, assists them in planning strategy in their territories and verticals. The B2BMM develops vertical specific content for all marketing channels, and arranges webinars, lunch and learns and occasional cocktail parties for customers and prospects. This position is responsible for negotiating, processing and tracking sponsorship agreements, establishing the company's robust event with a goal of reaching customers and prospects at conferences and networking events and reinforcing our role as thought leaders by securing speaking engagements for our subject matter experts.

What kind of person we’re looking for? Someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 5 years' experiencing in B2B marketing or non-profit fundraising involving the securing of corporate sponsorships.
  • Outgoing personality, able to work an event, build relationships and not afraid to pick up the phone to make a contact!
  • Capable negotiator that can work with trade associations, non-profits and NGOs to secure favorable exposure and effective brand positioning with allied organizations - help us be seen in all the right places.
  • High organized, detail oriented, tech-savvy
  • Well spoken, professional, enthusiastic brand ambassador
  • Ability to travel about 5-10%
