The Accounts Receivable Clerk plays an integral role within the Transactional Accounting group by posting payments to customer accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include accurate processing and monitoring of incoming payments and ensuring payments are properly applied through verifying, posting, and resolving discrepancies in cash receipts.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Work as an integral part of the AR team
• Accurately post cash in our ERP system
• Inquire on payments with missing remittance
• Review and research payment unidentified payments
• Send requests for updating payment method to ACH
• Process debit / credit memos
• Assist in the monthly revenue accrue and close process
• Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and internal controls
• Researches and resolves all unallocated payments within the established benchmarks
• Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and may change based on the needs of the company

Preferred Education / Experience :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• 2-5 years of Customer Service experience
• Some college preferred Business, accounting, management, finance, MIS
