Under the leadership of the Director of Clinical Operations and Birth Center Services, we are seeking a Manager for Acute Care to:

• Facilitate clinical activities to ensure efficient and safe delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with organizational leadership in the development of standards of care, policies, and procedures, and integration into daily processes.
• Provide direct patient care as needed to support nursing staff.
• Ensure quality and safety and other regulatory and accreditation standards are met.
• Assist with the maintenance and development of capital and operating budgets.
• Payroll processing, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Evaluates performance, provides coaching, staff development, and recognition.

Education/Certifications:

Minimum requirement: Associate degree in Nursing and current Wisconsin RN license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.

Work Experience:

Minimum requirement: Three years inpatient registered nurse experience with demonstration of progressive leadership experience.
