SAS-INC is Hiring an Office Manager Near Metairie, LA

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various office management tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Handle accounts payable and receivable using Computer Ease/ Quick Books in Future
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Develop and conduct training sessions for staff on office procedures
- Maintain a professional office environment and ensure phone etiquette standards are met

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in clerical tasks
- Office management experience
- Vendor management skills
- Knowledge of Computer Ease or QuickBooks software
- Understanding of human resources practices
- Administrative expertise
- Experience in training development
- Event planning capabilities
- Excellent phone etiquette
