Sardi Isaza Law is Hiring a Paralegal Near Baton Rouge, LA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting legal documents and maintaining case files.

Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
- Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and outside counsel
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation including organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders
- Review and summarize depositions, transcripts, and other legal documents
- Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys
- Assist in the claim handling process on relevant insurance cases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Proficiency in legal tools and software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
