As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client services by creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
As such, you will be responsible for general reception as well as a variety of office support tasks. This position may offer growth potential.

Job Description :
This position is responsible for general reception and office duties for the firms’ staff, clients, and business partners.
This includes the handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, scheduling and preparing for meetings, and other general office duties for the firm.
The qualified candidate for our team should demonstrate excellent verbal and communication skills, a friendly and engaging demeanor, a professional presence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in an ever- changing environment.

Schedule : 4 day work week, with some flexibility
This is a 20 hour per week position. Benefits include paid time off, and 401(k) after one year. Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred, but not required.
