ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Presentation Specialist position will work with our internal cloud teams to provide creative support to key creative and marketing projects, whether for an internal (new offering, messaging and product launch). This resource can also work on external content such as a product presentation or a sales presentation. The overall goal is to work with internal stakeholders and customers to create visually stunning documents that promote a brand, deliver or confirm a message, explain a service or product, and add value to the presentation, company using the presentation.

The candidate will learn about the SAP software and cloud solutions during their career. The GTM team will share their knowledge on the solution offerings and work with the candidate on the most creative and dynamic method to produce and present the content. He/she will participate in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team (VAT team) in support of the sales account strategy. This resource will interact with the SAP sales teams, prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions.

This is a fast-paced environment and a nimble, results-oriented team who is looking for someone that is detail oriented and brings a positive attitude, ready to embrace the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Offering Support:

  • Compose and deliver sales presentations covering numerous cloud products
  • These presentations will be primarily to the internal sales teams and presales teams in the field.
  • The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences. 
  • Personalization of sales content to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation.
  • Ability to effectively present to customers “remotely” using virtual technologies.
  • Effectively leverage additional teams who are there to support advisor’s success. (partners, marketing, contracts and product management). 

Demand Generation:

  • Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years in content design and production.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • We are looking for candidates that can produce new content beyond PPT as well. Any creative suggestions are encouraged.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized to multitask
  • Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, an environment that always changes

 EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
