ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Cloud Communications Specialist will work with our internal cloud teams to provide critical messaging and communications to our internal and external stakeholders. This resource will draft internal communications, strategic messaging and incorporate product value propositions. He/she can also work on external content such as a product presentation or a sales presentation. The overall goal is to work with internal stakeholders and customers to create powerful content to promote a brand, deliver or confirm a message, and add value to our offerings.

The candidate will learn about the SAP software and cloud solutions during their career. The GTM team will share their knowledge on the solution offerings and work with the candidate to produce on the most creative and dynamic message to the field. He/she will participate in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team (VAT team) in support of the sales account strategy. This resource will interact with the SAP sales teams, prospective and existing customers through meetings, solution presentations, and follow-up discussions.

This is a fast-paced environment and a nimble, results-oriented team who is looking for someone that is detail oriented and brings a positive attitude, ready to embrace the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Offering Support:

  • Compose and deliver cloud communications across numerous cloud products
  • These communications will be primarily to the internal sales teams and presales teams in the field.
  • The information must articulate the core message, differentiate our offerings, and leave a strong and positive impression to audiences. 
  • Effectively leverage additional teams who are there to support advisor’s success. (partners, marketing, contracts and product management). 
  • Conduct peer edits for grammar, content and style
  • Explain technical ideas in clear and compelling language

Demand Generation:

  • Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years in content design and production.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • We are looking for candidates that can produce new content beyond PPT as well. Any creative suggestions are encouraged.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and to learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized to multitask
  • Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, an environment that always changes

 EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement
  • Strong writing degree required
