PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP User Experience team defines how our users enjoy the interaction with our products. An intuitive and accessible operation across our product portfolio is a key priority for SAP. We are now looking for you as a passionate Training and Development Specialist to join us in thriving for a best-in-class inclusive enterprise UX. 

As a Training and Development Specialist, you develop Digital Accessibility and Inclusive Design learning content for our inclusive workforce. You have deep expertise in educating people entertainingly and efficiently, following the latest education trends. You know how to share content that respects different levels of expertise and roles. You create a learning experience that respects the daily routine of our design and development community. You bring together theoretical basics and hands-on exercises to help our people apply their learnings to their tasks. You are curious to analyze the latest learning innovations and continuously enhance existing learning content by the newest accessibility evolutions. You have a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, and product design and development routines. You know the latest trends for learnings, learning platforms, and content management systems. 

You enjoy your work and feel responsible for the topics you drive end to end. You can translate strategic discussions into tangible projects, goals, and initiatives for our users. Your working style is results-driven, self-driven, and well organized. We are looking for a team member who embraces people's uniqueness, has an inclusive mindset. You are curious to continuously broadening your horizon on learning, accessibility, and inclusive design trends. You will become part of an exciting team with a purpose-driven mission. 

WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Act as an advisor and coach for accessibility and Inclusive Design 
  • Deep understanding of software lifecycle 
  • Ability to work as a strong effective team player, committed to results, solutions oriented 
  • Strong attention to detail, producing quality output 
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and follow-through on projects 
  • Outstanding service orientation 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations 
  • Experience leading by influence 
  • Strong relationship building and management skills with key stakeholders 
  • Deep subject matter expertise in all elements of training, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and accessibility  
  • 5 years of professional experience in training and education roles 
  • Strong communication skills in English
