Looking for a positive, self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once. This position requires a friendly, positive, smiling personality able to cooperatively with others and to function as a member of a team, must be flexible. Able to work under limited supervision, the work situations are varied and require a service-oriented induvial with strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills, discretion, good judgement. Skills & Qualifications wanted: Excellent verbal and communication skills, knowledge of appropriate desk and telephone etiquette. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing. Ability to take directions and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. The ability to operate basic office equipment, phones, copier, computer, fax and POS (point of sale) system. Money handling, counting experience banking experience a plus. Will need to balance daily as well as reconciliation of daily receipts.
