Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that project objectives are met within the specified timelines and budget. Your exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and strong communication will be crucial for project success.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Manage project resources, including staffing, vendors, and consultants, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, including risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, proactively managing risks and addressing any deviations from the project plan.
6. Develop and manage project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and change management plans.
7. Conduct project post-mortems, analyze successful and unsuccessful project elements, and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
8. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly in software development and web technologies.
3. Solid technical background, with a strong understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
5. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to project management.
7. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or JIRA.
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
9. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
