Job Skills / Requirements

COMPENSATION: $90 - 100K DOE

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ability to oversee general accounting, financial controls, and operational accounting
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
• Manage daily financial activities, including inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Complete Monthly/Quarterly Sales/Use Tax Returns
• AP Vendor Management
• Optimize Vendor invoice payments
• Conduct monthly GL account reconciliations
• Order & Maintain Company Leases
• Daily/Monthly Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
• Drive monthly Close Punchlist
• Sales/Use Tax Returns
• Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reports
• Oversee month-end & year-end closing activities and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field.
• 7 years of experience managing an accounting function for a medium to large size company
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous experience with process improvement and strengthening internal controls
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, to promote best practices, and to develop solutions to business challenges
• Flexible and adaptable
