Texas Children's Hospital is Hiring a Clinical Program Coordinator - Behavioral Health Referral Center Near Houston, TX

Job Description
We are searching for a Clinical Program Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Referral Center someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing the internal, external and community referrals for patients to receive inpatient and outpatient care through Psychology, Psychiatry, and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. They ensure that patient referrals are connected to the correct specialty and provider aligning with the departmental criteria for patient care.

Responsibilities
•Provides education to those in need
•Coordinates all activity necessary for the program/clinic
•Provides follow-up on patients
•Acts as a liaison between the physicians and other staff
•Maintains a database of potential patients
Requirements
•Graduation from an educational program applicable to the program specialty (the area of applicable license)
•3 years' licensed clinical experience required
•LMSW, LCSW, LPA (Licensed Psychological Associate)LMSW-AP, LBSW, RD, LD, PT, OT, CCC-SLP, TX-SLP, TXAUDLIC, LPC, MT-BC, ATR, ATR-BC, or MBM - CERT (Mind-Body Med Cert) license/certification required
•LMSW, LCSW,LMSW-AP strongly preferred
•3 years Licensed clinical experience
