Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring to appropriate departments
- Perform night audit duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Familiarity with front desk operations and procedures
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include greeting guests, checking them in/out, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
