The Country Inn & Suites Mankato is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager. Candidates must have previous demonstrated experience in a Supervisory or Management position.
The Banquet Manager's responsibilities are to assist in the overall operation of the Front of House including managing and developing Banquet Associates. The Banquet Manager should have prior experience, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership skills, and developed customer service & serving skills. An eye for detail, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking ability, and being able to perform well under pressure are also highly desirable. This position will also maintain quality sanitation practices and comply with all health and safety regulations, as well as Brand Standards.
This is a full-time position. All positions require working some weekends and holidays. We offer a competitive total compensation package including annual performance based increases, bonus eligibility and the following benefits:
