Sanctuary Salon & Day Spa is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Franklin, MA

Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced receptionist for our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact with our guests. Our Receptionist’s duties include welcoming and greeting guests and coordinating all front-desk activities, including answering phone lines and making reservations.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, be able to deal with various types of personalities and manage guests expectations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at our salon.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate service provider while managing appointment times.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and complete reservation requests.
  • Ensure reception and coffee bar areas are tidy and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive deliveries and display retail on shelves.
  • Maintain and manage weekly inventory count as needed.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
