L'Equipe Salon is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Franklin, MA

About us

Here at L’Equipe Salon, we have spent over thirty years providing personalized hair experiences and exceptional customer service for our clients. Our salon is high-volume, conveniently located right off Exit 23 in Franklin, Massachusetts. Working as a team, we strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and staff. We offer multiple hair services and a vast selection of products for hair, skin, and more!

Our Salon is open Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday - Thursday 8:30 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

Description

  • We are looking to immediately fill one to two part-time receptionist positions with individuals who are motivated, professional, and have excellent customer service skills. Our front desk receptionists are the first people spoken to when appointments are booked, the first people clients see upon arriving at the Salon, and the last people clients see before they leave. This position is a crucial part of both the functionality and environment of the Salon.

Candidate requirements

  • Must have customer service experience and be comfortable with face-to-face client interactions as well as communication through phone, e-mail, and text.
  • Be organized, timely, and capable of completing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task while listening, being attentive, and still able to provide customer service patiently and politely even when clients may not be happy.
  • Arrive on time and ready to work.
  • Saturday availability.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Consistently maintain a stylish, professional appearance suitable for a salon environment.

Ideally, we would like a long-term candidate to fill this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
