Responsibilities:
- Administer clinic nursing care in a clinical setting.
- Take patient history and vitals prior to office visit
- Complete patient follow up/instructions after visit as directed
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialists regarding patient care
- Answer patient questions via patient portal, on phone or face to face
- Maintain accurate electronic patient medical records
- Schedule patient appointments per template
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Previous experience in nursing
- Preference for experience in a medical office/clinical setting or Functional Medicine experience
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment,
- Ability to work 16-24 hours per week.
- Previous experience with EMR
