The San Francisco North Petaluma KOA Resort is seeking a dedicated Head Housekeeper to oversee our housekeeping operations! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, hotel or hospitality industry, and possess excellent leadership skills. **Duties:**
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas
- Inspect restrooms, lodges and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
**Skills:**
- Previous experience in custodial, hotel, or hospitality industry as a supervisor required
- Proficiency in industrial cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of floor care procedures
- Strong housekeeping management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Must have a valid Driver's License
