About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for Control Room Operators to contribute to the scoreboard production at Oracle Park. In this role, you will work in one of the operator positions in the Oracle Park Control Room, including but not limited to: Technical Director, Ross Xpression, Clip Playback, Dashboard, EVS, Stats, Brushback, Balls-and-Strikes, Camera, and Video. Those in this role will be expected to bring their full attention and best attitudes to work to create the most engaging and entertaining show in Major League Baseball. Position assignments will be determined by availability and job function capability, seniority may also be considered. 

This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly role with the Giants. This position reports to the Production Manager, Live Events*, and will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

We’re Excited About You Because…

• You have a minimum 1 year working in live sports broadcasts, scoreboard shows, specifically baseball
• You possess a strong knowledge of baseball, scoring, and stats
• You have a strong background in control room production equipment including graphics, scoring, replay and camera systems
• You display acute attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Must be able to work majority of Giants home games (i.e., evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) from March through October (regular season and potential postseason games) including evenings, weekends and holidays (other non-Giants events may be required)
• Ability to work other non-Giants related events as needed
