Samuel Knight International Limited is Hiring a Quality Manager Near Amarillo, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is a vital role in our organization, as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business.

Duties:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistent product quality
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as HACCP and QA/QC requirements
- Manage the documentation of quality procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality systems and processes
- Oversee the implementation of quality management systems, including ISO certifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Food Science)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Proficient in analyzing data and using statistical tools for quality control purposes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and equipment
