Job title: CABLE MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION MANAGER
Reports to: Operations Manager
Hours: Day shift
Summary/Objective: The Cable Manufacturing Production Manager is a self-motivated contributor who will be responsible for the operations and processes of multiple work centers and locations in Cable Manufacturing by ensuring all equipment is functioning at maximum output per the demand requirements. The Production Manager is also responsible for adherence to specified manufacturing processes, execution of the production plan, and ensures that, on a daily basis, products and services are produced efficiently, at the correct amount, right cost and level of quality, and are responsible for continuous improvements. The Production Manager is classified as an Exempt employee, with an expectation of 40 hours per week, minimum, and overtime, as required to perform job functions.
