Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary/Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team, focusing on civil, structural, and architectural disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing construction projects, with a specific emphasis on clean room construction experience.
Specific Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Manage and lead project teams, providing guidance to civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including detailed scope, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
- Interface with clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Special emphasis on expertise in clean room construction projects.
- Direct tier 1 contractors to execute construction tasks per needs of the project and meet required specifications.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 8-12 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural disciplines.
- Strong understanding of clean room construction processes and requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
