As a Project Manager/Project Architect with PLACE designers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our designs and construction projects surpass all standards of excellence. You’ll be at the heart of our dynamic team, collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction experts to ensure that every facet of our projects adheres to local codes, regulations, and our client’s requirements. This role will focus on Project Management responsibilities such as subconsultant coordination, client coordination, managing resources within the production team all to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met. In addition you will have QA/QC & ITR responsibilities within our studio, on your projects that you will be responsible for from SDs through Construction Administration and Observation.
