Samsic is HIRING – Supervisor Passenger Service

We are looking for a Passenger Service Supervisor Agent who will efficiently and profitably manage and direct an account, provide quality customer service. The successful candidate is a leader, energetic, positive, professional, and self-motivated individual providing exceptional operational support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that financial targets are met in line with the operational plan.
  • Establish and maintain a high-quality standard in the PAX operation; ensure that workflows are constantly improved to cope with requirements.
  • Ensure that all passenger services agents are closely supervised.
  • Maintain close and effective business relationships with customer airline’s management.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with the various authorities such as Airport Management, Customs, Immigration, etc.
  • Identify root causes of problems and institute corrective actions.
  • Generate detailed reports and summaries of operations.
  • Ensure effective planning methods and procedures are in place and that there are adequate resources, both manpower and equipment, to meet operational requirements.
  • Oversee and manage employee performance as well as implement required training

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years industry experience
  • 2 years managerial / supervisory experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to deal with conflict.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Technical knowledge of equipment and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer focus and quality awareness
  • Must be able to work in inclement weather

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $24.00 per hour
