Position: Electrical Sr. Project Manager/Estimator

Location: Broadview, IL

Duration: Fulltime

Experience:

5 years of experience in Electrical Estimating

Description:

Help the Estimation Team define the process of estimating projects.

Develop and maintain electrical specifications and requirements to define standards to Contractors, Architects, and direct to Owners.

Ensure consistency with Corporate specifications.

Evaluate electrical equipment and material proposals for project-based coordination. This shall include equipment provided by other trades.

Maintain a current understanding of all codes and local Village requirements in States, Cities, and Counties that perform work.

Attend meetings, conference calls, and onsite walk-thru meetings as needed.

Estimate projects, both Plan/Spec and Design/Build.

Provide budgetary proposals as needed.

Professionally represent when dealing with external organizations.

Demonstrate continuous commitment to safe electrical operations and standards.

Maintain proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Plan Grid, and Accubid.

Assist the project management team as needed.

Assist in project kick-off meetings with Electricians and the Project Management Team.

Project Manage projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $128,000.00 per year
