Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with sales.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions, including giving change and processing credit card payments
- Assist customers in locating products and answering any questions they may have
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with electronics sales or technical products is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
