**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. A strong background in food preparation within the food industry is a plus. We will train the successful candidate to prepare our sushi dishes, so experience as a sushi chef is not required.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls with precision and attention to detail

- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station

- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate overall meal preparation

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of the food service industry

- Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment

- Strong understanding of food safety practices

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide

- Familiarity with meal preparation

- Passion for creating visually appealing dishes

- Ability to work well under pressure
