Job Description

Our Sous Chefs supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

What will I do every day?

* Assist in the production of creatively designed menus

* Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents

* Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule

* Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner

* Train and develop new kitchen associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

* Bring a smile to work every day

* Be a great team player

* Be a progressive and creative thinker

* Be a high school graduate (preferred)

* Have one to three years of cooking experience
