Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

• Quickly and efficiently clean all dishes, glassware, and silverware per procedures.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Perform janitorial duties in various service areas such as dining room, restrooms, and other areas associated with the upkeep of the restaurant.
• Perform end-of-the-day clean-up responsibilities.
• Handle other assigned tasks.
• Frequently washing hands.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Dishwasher Qualities:

• Is able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays and has a reliable mode of transportation.
• Must be 18 and able to work independently.
• Can walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
• Can continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe.
• Can regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
