A Key Manager is always a manager. They direct and control the effective and efficient operation of the entire restaurant, which may include the absence on the GM or AGM. This includes, but is not limited to, all revenue and expenses. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group. Most Key Managers fill other roles as well, including but not limited to Server or Bartender/Barista.

Paid Sick Leave-Colorado
Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), RMRG provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location:
Accrued Paid Sick Leave
Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Employees earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
Public Health Emergency (PHE) Leave
Up to 80 hours of PHE-related paid leave when a PHE is declared. The PHE leave is for COVID-related needs only as of 1/8/23. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked, except for category 3 (care for someone else), which is paid at 2/3 pay.
